Raised by a drummer, it’s no coincidence that she easily stays in time as she strings together gems from along the genre spectrum. Known and loved as someone who pretty much can’t stop dancing once she starts, it was only a matter of time before she channeled this endurance behind the decks.  Whether sending stargazers into the ether with her ambient selections or getting hearts and bass thumping on the dancefloor with her minimalistic techno sets, Kim brings a bewitching tenderness to her DJ-ing that quickly caught the attention of the Belgian scene.

LVT is a DJ and curator from the West Coast of Canada, with over 10 years of DJing and event production behind her. Though versatile with an expansive collection and enjoyment of many genres; a specific depth and storytelling is present in all of LVTs sets, luring the audience into her magical musical wonderland with euphoric and emotional, often driving, and smoothly blended tracks. 

She's done handfuls of well received mixes from ambient to techno on podcasts such as Deep Breakfast, Monument and more recently Delayed. This set was made with an opening set in mind; something to draw people in without becoming so intense as to overwhelm the next destination. She sticks to her love of the chiller side, going deep and hypnotic with this one.

Welcoming @playedwin for this 51st episode with a vinyl mix bringing out precise, cutting-edge electronic sounds.

After having spent almost a decade living in Vienna, Edwin turned pages some moons ago and now lives in Leipzig. The mix documents this transitional phase and is the fruit of collecting, playing and listening to records in Vienna, Munich, Dresden, Berlin, Frankfurt and Leipzig. Expect an all-vinyl mix of introspect and sensitive but yet spacy and wacky sounds.

Classically schooled on the cello, Serenus’ journey began early as he started to collect techno tapes at the age of 7 and subsequently explored different genres of electronic music. He was soon drawn to the more intricate and atmospheric sides of techno, finding his passion in deep techno as it incorporates more organic structures and atmospheric soundscapes. His DJ style is inspired by a live jam approach, playfully layering tracks or his own loops to create dynamic, evolving and tense performances. As the co-founder of Lowpass, an independent event series and soon record label, Serenus has curated experiences that also highlight the groovier sides of the genre, creating a unique and intimate space for both artists and listeners to explore.

Born in 1979 in Aix-en-Provence, Nahim Bendjilali alias Nems-B, is the right artist that south of France has been looking for. He is a very approachable person, always smiling, laughing and speaking French with the unique and distinctive accent of Marseille. Former DJ within the collectives WE ARE and Kick'N'Fat, he then joined Phonons, a non-profit organization that supports sound artists by providing spaces for expression. It's for his music selection, his accurate DJ skills with 15 years background, and his positive values, that Nahim was one of the first names we wanted to share with you when we launched our podcast serie.

Nems-B regularly plays in France where he is well respected. Last year he had the opportunity to play at the legendary Tresor club (Berlin), and he will perform a dj set at the next edition of parallel festival that will take place in September in the pyrenean mountains.

For our tenth episode, we're pleased to welcome Aleja Sanchez, a colombian DJ and producer who has already shared cabin with some international names including Ricardo Garduno, Function, Oscar Mulero, Anthony Linell / Abdulla Rashim, Inigo Kennedy, Adam X or Drumcell among others.

She has been invited to play in some of the biggest cities in Colombia because of her ability to perform cutting-edge techno music and she actually prepares a tour in Europe for October/November.

As a producer she has signed productions to some well known labels such as Illegal Alien Records, Nachtstrom Schallplatten or Planet Rhythm, and she currently prepares releases on vinyl, through Illegal Alien Records and Nachtstrom Schallplatten.

THNTS is a founding member of the project Esch which was born in the beginning of 2016. Before he has discovered electronic music, he was mostly interested in Hardcore, Black- and Doom metal but when he discovered it, he began to find the similarities in atmosphere and sound also in experimental kinds of techno.  Record collector and enthusiast, each of his sets offers a special journey, always within his own style.

The 20th episodes of our podcast serie has been shaped by F-on. First time we discovered him was during the last Paral·lel Festival edition. He started the Saturday's trip with an immersive ambient and down-tempo mix. It was probably one of the best set we heard during this festival. That can explain a bit why we're so glad to receive him today on our channel.

Based in Madrid and very involved in its music scene, he runs the record store "Is this place" where you can always dig proper records chosen carefully. He is also resident at the Alpenglühen and Taiga sessions and owner of the label Antimatter together with Bule.

His progressive sessions, profound and with long mixes, are real voyages that sail through experimental music, ambient and horizontal and dubby techno.
His productions are 4x4 experiments of low tempo with field recordings and marked spaces, where he explores timbres, textures and cinematographic structures.

Based in Prague, Dash is an expert in seeting deep and hypnotic mood on the dancefloor. Her music is inspired by tribal and shamanic elements. This talented dj is well known not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad, as evidenced by a large number of bookings in Berlin. Over the last years, she has been slowly working with her own sounds and started to playing hybrid live/dj sets with other components, such as kalimba. With her calm style she is guiding through groovy experimental techno and ambient.

These young duo realized this podcast, inspired by their b2b in Cagliari hosted by Basstation and Moon Walkers, for the party that seen Ness as headliner. That is their concept of warm-up combining a mix between techno and deep-techno influenced by the scene of Italians producers.

Today we're glad to present you our 25th episode shaped by the talented duo Binary Thoughts.

The name Binary Thoughts may speak for itself, but there is a much deeper meaning embedded within.
The ancestral way of thinking has always been 'binary'. In order to understand reality in all its complexity we made a world of oppositions (day/night, man/woman). Where the law of "all or nothing” rules, there is no in-between. But reality is indeed always more complex and richer than what our 'perception' of the world suggests. This perception beyond this “all or nothing” connected Ana Bogatinovska and Jovana Gjorgievska. At first strangers to each other, they met at a music festival in their native country; And after a long discussion about electronic music, they've decided to make a project that will connect their slightly different but similar taste in electronic music.
Their dark, unpredictable, underground techno and electronic sounds, evident in their DJ sets, reflects the uniqueness of their one of a kind 'binary' sound, able to take you from darkest corners to the deepest and most colorful nebuale of the universe.

Today, let's welcome Void for an hour of lush deep techno music. Void is, with his partner in crime Materia, the founder of Alexandar, a rising label based in Skopje, Macedonia. Defined as "a garden of sound in a universe of uncharted possibilities", Alexandar has already released one EP (from Void & Materia) and three LP's from italian newcomer Aquiver and Void himself. A new one by french Martin Goodwin & Infinity has recently been announced, and looks as promising as the actual label's catalogue. Definitely worth to follow !

Next on the series we welcome Josef Gaard (@josefgaard).
Originally based in the Seattle area and now living in Berlin, he has been sharing his salient sound through productions and performances for years. His penchant for both ambient music and dance-floor oriented styles has landed him at some of the best venues across Europe. His recent record, "2929" on Mountain Explosion Device saw him working with artists such as Kalawila and Dorisburg and gained international acclaim. As a DJ he is a true music connoisseur, consistently surprising audiences by weaving seamlessly throughout different genres.

Glad to present you Forest on Stasys (@forestonstasys) through this immersive mix, the new project of Guido Camino, the Argentinian dj/producer also well known for his other alias Mental Resonance.

Influenced by tribal minimalist techno in the nineties and the deepest and most abstract techno currently, the most seductive elements of these tracks are the use of resonant basses perfectly combined with long and reverberated pads, extensive sonorous landscapes that are modified by continuous movement of LFO, solid grooves and strident percussions.

Not everything that comes out of his head is created with an intention to be used on the dance floor. He has a great admiration for drone and ambient tracks, without a rhythmic pattern that predominates, where the main factor is to captivate the listener with melodies that can be marked by a strong melancholy or with notes that give a certain feeling of satisfaction depending on his current mood

Before Igor Glushko became a prominent DJ in the local scene, he spent considerable time contributing to the Ukrainian capital’s club life in other ways. Whether acting as assistant editor of the country’s only electronic music magazine at the time or promoting and organizing his own events, Igor has been at the forefront of what has become one of the brightest and most prolific scenes in Eastern Europe. As a promoter and event organizer, Glushko has brought in such prominent names as Marcel Dettmann, Ben Klock, Mathew Jonson, Convextion, Peter Van Hoesen, Levon Vincent, Move D, Prosumer, and of course many more, who came to Ukraine for the first time only thanks to Glushko and his team. But it wasn’t until 2010 that Igor became an important player behind the decks himself.

DJing aside, Igor is also known nowadays as being co-founder of Rhythm Büro, the essential techno initiative in Kiev that brings the genre’s most forward thinking minds to various original locations across the city. Glushko is also credited as being head honcho of the recently established record label of the same name. Every few months Rhythm Büro attracts hundreds and thousands of visitors to their events that combine huge line-ups (featuring artists as diverse as Actress, Donato Dozzy, Ulwhednar, and Artefakt), original settings that range from film studios to forest locations, and visual arts.

Doctrina Natura is a DJ Producer from Sevilla, ES. The Doctrina Natura’s project was born at the end of 2017, with the need of experiment with introspective, organic, hypnotic music, a sound intimately linked to nature.
