Day 7 - Big Baddie #7DaysofVGM

At last, we arrive at the end of the VGM Academy #Salamandos #7DaysOfVGM Challenge!

This is the song for the big bad boss battle. Everybody made it to the end; it's time to kick some butt! 

Composition-wise, this track borrows a bit from the earlier pieces I made for this project. The guitar picks up (and riffs on) the horn line from the "Tunnel Chase" track and the organ does a little variant on the melody from the "Dark Queen" track.

Day 7 of 7. 

Tried to create an relatively intense boss fighting theme. 

This is largely inspired by David Wise's style of writing and instrumentation, at least I've tried my hardest to make it.

Day 7! Forgot to upload last night. I just wanted to do something dumb, kinda thrash-y, has sort of a 'Mega Man X'-ish flavour now that I listen to it! lol
I absolutely love that B section though, probably one of my favourite things I've written. :)

I do music for a lot of different media, primarily video games though. Lots of Soundfont use and baby-tier synths, particularly really enjoy working with pure old-school MIDI, and making that sound good!
