During the sunset, in the fields on the outskirts of Tumblewood, a group of small yellow blobs are rolling across the hills.

KULCHE: EHTOHLEH!

The LocoRoco were having fun as they were approaching the large city in the distance, racing to see which of them could get there first. However, as they approach the city in the distance, danger strikes! A large freeway cutting across the land, a stream of cars speeding by to get to and from the city. The LocoRoco stop and ponder how to get past this dangerous hazard, until the one in the lead gets an idea.

KULCHE: NOI!

As all the LocoRoco start shouting in unison, they fuse together into one large LocoRoco! Setting himself up properly, Kulche proceeds to roll down the hill towards the freeway, barreling right through the stream of cars with ease, before launching up a different hill, flying off towards the city lights on the horizon…

FAUX’S NOTES: Ruby wants to be the glue that holds us all together- admirable, but that’s my job to do, not hers. She’s a mediator and respects just about everyone here, though she gets along best with Phantasma. Whereas Ruby is subdued in her excitement, I find that Phantasma is one of the loudest among us. Both attempt to keep their heads up high, but I can tell the recent events might not be the easiest things to brush off. Still, I see a lot of potential in them… and that’s not because Ruby keeps giving me baked goods every few days. That has nothing to do with it.

Wow, that was definitely something alright.  It ended up both the way I expect and didn’t expect it at the same time.
