Une équipe de chercheurs crut trouver la solution en développant Amnotia, une intelligence artificielle sensée être notre salut, mais celle-ci échappa à tout contrôle, et décréta que l’humain était aussi bien une menace pour lui-même que pour la Terre. 

Elle était partout, se propageant sur tout support acoustique ou visuel, elle pouvait rendre quiconque fou rien qu’en étant à proximité d’un support infecté.
