Song of Sorrow is a composition from the upcoming concept album "Divinities of the Earth and the Waters" which deals with the human condition, love, loss, myths and struggle. The story is set in the preindustrial Balkans and in the fashion of the late Sergei Parajanov follows a story of one individual both through his reality and through his imagined perception, from young adulthood to his own funeral.

Sons of Viljems are an experimental duo based in London, which comprises Nejc Haberman, bass player of the Slovenian Ethno - jazz ensemble Jazoo and Andrea Giommi, composer, guitarist and bassist for psych - noise acts as The Emerald Leaves, Edible Woman and Leg Leg.

In the tail end of 2018, the band has started writing and performing live with film composer Filip Sijanec, an award-winning composer and musician based in London. The collaboration has expanded their sonic world and their range of solutions as live performers.

Their music is based on the stark contrast of their individual musical styles, resulting in a mostly instrumental magmatic and fluid groovy ambient. Droney, melodic, repetitive, minimalistic and evocative, Sons of Viljems find their natural dimension performing their music live; each concert they play is a unique experience. Their music celebrates the mystery and cultural differences and silence is as important as sound.

The best way to 'visualise' their sound is to imagine a boat entering a harbour on a densely foggy night.

Mak Murtic is a London and Zagreb based saxophonist, multiinstrumentalist and composer. His main projects are Mimika Orchestra and Truth ≠ Tribe. He also plays in bands Antenat, Maja Rivic Septet and occasionally guests in various other groups. He is a freelance composer and arranger writing for various ensembles, most frequently for the Croatian Radio Television Big Band but also for films and theatres.
