Once again a deep honor to weave a dance for Denver's Rhythm Sanctuary and celebrate initiation as a community!

Rhythm Sanctuary ~ SoulShine [6.29.23]

A personal and collective prayer for healing, honoring endings and the new beginnings they bring. Not all dreams or seeds planted take hold, not all cherished beliefs serve our growth. What matters is to tend to the things with strong roots, blooms, and fruits and to let go of what is draining us. The practice and invitation to shake it off is reflected across culture, dance, and the natural world. Letting go is not always easy and can be challenging - but the freedom that comes from release is sweet and liberating.
