This album came together in pieces .... mostly late at night, usually when the rest of the world felt quiet enough to hear details properly. No rush to finish anything, no plan to chase singles. Just tracks built around atmosphere, low end, and whatever felt right in the moment.

This between cinematic electronic music, hybrid trap, and gritty Y2K bass. Heavy subs, distorted layers, glitchy transitions, and pacing that works for night drives, headphones, gaming sessions, or zoning out when sleep isn’t happening. Some tracks hit immediately, others take their time, but everything lives in that same late-night digital headspace.

This isn’t polished club music and it’s not meant to be. The rough edges stay. The noise stays. That’s part of the sound.
If you’re into dark electronic music, cinematic bass, hybrid trap, underground EDM, or Y2K-inspired production, this project fits naturally into that lane.

Best played straight through. No shuffle.

Known for his versatility and unique production style, Maliboux is quickly earning a reputation as one of the most forward thinking fresh faces within the dance music scene. The Chicago native left film school to re-direct his cinematic vision to music production and started to gain influence with his winning remix of “Aftershock” by NGHTMRE & Boombox Cartel through Mad Decent. He then followed up with his smash remix of “Meet Me” by Mickey Valen that gained several million plays across multiple platforms in a matter of weeks. He continued to prove himself with his major label debut, an official remix for The Chainsmokers released through Sony Records and came right back and delivered another official remix of Zedd's hit song "The Middle". In 2018 he made his Dim Mak Records and Mad Decent debut with his single "City on Fire" and a collaboration with Nitti Gritti, "I Got It".
