Malik Naim is a DMV native. Raised in Laurel, Maryland (PG COUNTY), and has lived in Washington DC since 2010. Malik is an African-American Muslim, raised by converts and his identity is conveyed very deeply in the subjects and sounds he chooses to use. Malik houses a multitude of styles and vibes for all to listen to.
