Welcome to Mr Hyde Radio. Today's word is Space Disco with the great Gran Canarian producer Ilya Santana in a live set. Santana's music combines disco, house, and Synthwave influences to create a diverse and lively sound.

From his home base in the Rhine-Main area, @tim-eder has been causing a stir with his DJ sets for 19 years now. In a club environment he operates in the triangle between soulful House Music with a strong connection to Chicago and Detroit, clever Minimal and energetic Dub Techno. Shaping his personal club sound in various renowned longterm residencies over almost two whole decades (Newbasement, Tanzhaus West / Dora Brilliant, Kulturklub Schon Schön, Gebaeude27 & Planke Nord) highlighted with guest plays in German top venues like Heideglühen or Bürro, Tim is also deep into Downbeat, Trip Hop and cinematic Ambient - genres which he is also presenting to an audience frequently on chillout floors and his own event format The Floating Hideout. In addition to his activity as a DJ, he also works as an audio engineer for other artists and runs the Feuilleton label together with Chris Gruber. As a producer Tim appears in the catalogues of Feuilleton, Get In Touch and Stólar.

Reflect is excited to announce Black Velveteen as our the newest member of our crew!

Before she became Black Velveteen,
Chris Offutt was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago. Her parents introduced her to a wide range of music; Motown to Mozart and everything in between. Some frequently featured artists in young Chris’s house were Aretha Franklin, Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Wonder and James Taylor.  Current influences include Chris Fortier, Amonita, Wilma, Nora En Pure, Tayllor, Wilson Kentura, and Matt Sawyer to name a few.

From a very young age she dreamed of hosting her own radio show. In 2011 that dream became  when she had her own show “ Progressions in House” on FNOOB based out of London. 
Chris enjoyed DJing around the San Francisco Bay Area from 2012-2019  . In 2012 she became the resident DJ and musical director at Aloft Hotel SFO. In 2013 Djing in the Pride Parade on the W Hotel float. In 2015 she was asked to perform on the Tantra Stage for Pride in San Francisco.  She was in rotation at The End Up and did guest spots and Monarch, The Great Northern and Wish. In 2016 Chris was asked to join AirPusher Collective.  She has also done guest  mixes for FriskyRadio, ProtonRadio and Elastic Beatz, Innerflight, Space Medicine and more.  Black Velveteen's style and sound is indescribable as she reaches for sounds and music that turn her listeners on to a new experience.

Based in the NYC area, Eric Louis joins us for a journey of sonic memories from his time during Manhattan’s 2000’s nightlife. A frequent shopper at legendary record stores such as 8Ball and Satellite, he often came to find records he heard at Sound Factory & Danny Tenaglia’s Vinyl. This mix contains tracks from Faithless, X-Press 2, Victor Calderone & more. 

After starting to DJ himself in 2003, releases soon followed on labels such as Get Physical and Nervous. In 2021 he launched his own label Devilish Affair which focuses on dub leaning house & techno. As a new comer to vinyl, his first two EPs made it to the top of the sales charts at Decks.de and garnered support for artists like Truncate, Ryan Elliott, & Andrey Pushkarev. Eric is currently doing label showcases & gigs in Washington DC & Brooklyn.
