Groove Cruise resident DJ Lizzie Curious  is a prolific singer, songwriter, house music producer and international DJ from the UK, with two Billboard Number One hits to her name. When you enter any Bootleg Social event you check not only your coat at the door, you check your inhibitions, your preconceptions and your attitude as you enter a truly unique clubbing experience, an experience where you’ll feel so good that it has just got to be illegal.

The Bootleg Boys go to great lengths to ensure that the outside world is entirely forgotten, the house is devilishly sexy, the decor debauched, the girls raunchy and the vibe that delightful blend of sophistication and sleaze. Celebrating their first birthday at a very appropriate 1920s Valentine’s ball was the Bootlegs Social’s coming of age, coming out and it positively coming all over the place, spectacular. It managed the impossible to be chic, elegant, stylish and decidedly messy all at the same time – it was if all that every preceding Bootleg Social was building towards unleashing itself on the Big Smoke, in one almighty club land climax. Every Bootleg Social is wickedly themed from fashionaistas to speakeasy’s to masked balls, so the minute you walk in the door expect to lose yourself in a carefully crafted wonderland of excess.

The Bootleg Social team’s ability to whip the crowd into frenzy has brought them to the dance floors of Ministry, Brixton Acadamy, and spinning with industry luminaries like Defected,Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk and so many more.So you can expect bigger things from Tobie Allen and the crew as they blaze a beat trail country wide and beyond, spreading their nasty groves wherever they can carve them. With national nights in the offing, digital releases, radio shows, and international tours their downright criminal behaviour is not going to stop here. Music, the joy of bringing people together best describes how Stew Cook feels when performing.

During 2010 we saw Stew take a massive leap from his hometown of  Wagga Wagga in Australia to the big city lights of London , United Kingdom.

With insuppressible dedication to his Passion it wasn't long before we saw Stew's debut in this fair city ... in the backroom at world renowned Ministry of Sound no less, for the award winning promotion Plastic Fondu. Stew's solo career in the UK capital already looked bright, but that night a new friendship was formed which turned into a new dynamic DJing duo by the name Hemisphere. 

Hemisphere interwove the talents of Stew Cook and Brit named Elliott Bolton to see them  playing at a host of London's biggest events,which included a VIP room appearance for Above and Beyond at the O2 Brixton Academy, the Ministry of Sound Christmas party  with Eddie Halliwell and wrapping up 2010 with a highly acclaimed closing set at the Electronic Sessions New Years Eve Party on a boat on the River Thames with Jon O'Bir.

In 2011,  the duo were invited to lead the launch of a new promotion named Tempo Eterno as the headline Residents, as well as warming up for other class acts such as, Beatports ''Re-mixer of 2010'' Manuel De La Mare in Ministry's legendary 103 bar, plus two sets alongside tyDi Australia's #1 DJ.


In October 2011 Stew Cook made a massive return to his home land of Australia as a solo artist once again. With promoters knocking already at his door, prepare for him to stamp his mark on the Australian dance music scene.
