Mac Adhu has been part of the House Music scene for almost 15 years now.
Many years of his musical journey were spent in Portugal where he played major Festivals and Clubs throughout the years.
Mention to Tecnolandia, Elektro Parade, Industria, Mare Alta, Paradise Garage, MTV @ SBSR, and so on.
In 2007, moves to London in search of new horizons and opportunities.
Highlight for his NYE @ Koko (Camden) and his residencies at Lab (Soho), LadyBird (Islington) and Green&Red (Bricklane).
In 2009, is offered a job in Ibiza and this move would prove rather fruitful and rewarding.
Working for Aura (San Joan) granted him a residency behind the decks and his deep and funky side was quickly noticed both by Vaughan, one of the managers at Pacha, and by Ibiza Sonica, one of the two main radio stations on the Island.
Shortly after, got an invitation to play in the Funky Room aka El Cielo (Pacha), where he shared the booth with Willie Graff, Nicc Johnson and Graham Sahara playing at Luciano’s party Vagabundos and the closing night of Swedish House Mafia.
This is one of the endless moments in his career that have always had a special meaning and this little room touching the sky became one of the most specials places he ever played at.
Mac kept his residency till 2012 at Aura.
In 2013 teamed up with Ushuaia and became resident Dj at Sands (Playa d’en Bossa) at the same time.
Working for Ushuaia and his residency at Sands gave him the opportunity to get to know Djs and producers like Carl Cox, Danny Tenaglia, Little Louie Vega, Yousef, Soul Clap, Eats Everything, Justin Martin, Nicole Mouldaber, Asad Rizvi, Nathan Coles, Acid Mondays, etc., some of whom have inspired him since he fell in love with electronic music back in 1994.
Currently residing in Switzerland, Mac's already part of the parties circuit in Verbier where he performs regularly in the main bars and clubs of this sky resort.
Has also played gigs in Egypt and Bulgaria sharing his music with more and more souls.
Apart from his technical skills, it’s the music selection that distinguishes this DJ that flows between Deep, Funky, Jazzy, Jackin' and Tech House.
