Subterranean / basement offering - this is a rare outing for my guitar which I love to pick at (even tho it's steel strings numb my fingers!).
Another rarity is a wail on my old Pierret tenor sax which I've had since 1972 and still blows nice.

A simple lyric and heartfelt song for Molly :)
Purpose:  To soothe and comfort my tween as she grows up! With her blessing, I share this story:

When my daughter had trouble falling asleep, we used to tell her to think of all the ponies on a carousel. We'd imagine the prettiest pony she can think of. She would get to paint it, decorate it, braid its hair, and focus on all of the details on the pony's design. What color gems will you bedazzle their saddle with? What song is playing on the carousel? Now that she is older, I wanted to share motherly wisdom through my mistakes and life experiences in the form of a song. I decided to choose the "Carousel" topic for my lyrical inspiration.

Le morceau "Outremer" est la suite du voyage synesthésique entrepris par Lendemains Versinthés. Les tonalités jaunes et oranges, libertaires et régénérantes, laissent place à la couleur bleue, qui inspire rêves et sérénité. Outremer est un clin d’œil à l’autrice Colette.

To welcome Tom Adams back to SC, I recorded this slow, building blues burner...and I bought us a round of virtual bourbons. ;) Tom leans into that Tele bite for the opening solo pass, a second pass and then a howling ride home. Le morceau "L’heure verte" est la suite du voyage synesthésique entrepris par Lendemains Versinthés. La couleur bleue, qui inspire rêves et sérénité, laisse place aux tonalités vertes ambiguës, qui évoquent tantôt la renaissance, la nature ou la sorcellerie, tantôt le désordre et la déroute. L’heure verte est un clin d’œil à l’écrivain et voyageur suisse Nicolas Bouvier.

After immersion in Dtrot the Pilot's track (Whatcha Feelin) for over an hour...this came out. Thank you Dtrot. You inspired me.

I really like the YMO song "Perspective", composed by Ryuichi Sakamoto with lyrics by Peter Barakan. It's a rare song where Sakamoto takes on vocal duties, and it's one of YMO's later songs where Sakamoto's solo style is very strong. The simple yet profound lyrics really resonate with me, expressing the happiness and cruelty of everyday life, that is, the act of living. We are all torn apart right now, each one of us. If I were to add something to these lyrics, it would be 
"Every day, I drink a cup of coffee
Every day, I create my own music
Every day, I think about you"
