Known for his technical, bass driven, energetic style - he takes you on an aural journey every single opportunity he’s given, with the aim to open your mind to something a little bit leftfield.

His sets are a guided tour into the world of cutting edge bass music, with a general mix & smooth balance between Deep Dubstep & Breaks. Contrasting mind altering beats, with a melodic movement… These are the key foundations to an Aydose set.

Since 2003, he has hosted a radio show for 14 years on Upfm, promoted an underground Breaks event successfully for a decade, played at festivals like Esoteric, Archaic Gathering, Rain Dance Festival, Slinky, Summerdayze, Phat & supported internationals like Monty, Technimatic, Concord Dawn, Deekline & Wizard , CTRL-Z, Vent, Hedflux & Adam Freeland.

Off the back of his first ever performances at Esoteric Festival, Archaic Gathering, Home Bass in Melbourne & a captivating main stage appearance at Rain Dance Festival in WA, with Treats alongside him, it really has been a breakthrough year for this artist. Aydose has also been delving heavily into music production and it's looking to be a huge year for releases, with a special collaboration project with Treats MC.

Aaron Schwallier, better known as TechTonic, is a producer, DJ, and music educator from Grand Rapids, Michigan. TechTonic strives to meld the natural and electronic world through a seamless flow of stories to tell through music. Lush atmospheres and ethereal melodies juxtapose with gritty, aggressive basses and driving halftime percussion, cultivating a sound that is nostalgic yet innovative and forward thinking.

Live shows blend original tracks, remixes, and edits that accompany live saxophone, EWI, keyboard, and guest vocalists, keeping every show completely fresh and creating a unique listening experience for the audience every time.

The TechTonic project strives to foster a healthy, inclusive, sustainable music community for the present and future, offer space for collaboration, and help the next generation of artists have a positive impact in the community.
