Description: A flute and guitar rendition of George Gershwin's "Summertime".

This is output from a simple interactive system I built using JythonMusic (see jythonmusic.org for more information - it's a very cool software package). The program takes MIDI input in real time and stores a buffer of n pitch classes and volumes. The program uses those pieces of information in combination with other parameters from a GUI (range over the piano, duration of notes, etc.) to generate new MIDI notes and send them to another device. In this case I was "playing" the program from a Korg nanoKey and sending the program's output to a Yamaha AvantGrand.
