Mr Jonzes first published work was released in 1999. Mr Jonze was first featured on a song called Da Twist on an album titled Save me. Mr Jonze recorded his first solo song called Haters, which was placed on a Pointside Records compilation titled Out Tha Trunk Muzik. Mr Jonze has also done work with BigCity Record Fellas recording group who released The Shakedown, a Mr Jonze & Gangasta Nutt group album. Other collaborations that Mr Jonze has been involved in consist of collaborations with other artists such as Yukmouth and Cocain.

With virtually no marketing plan or promotion, Kush Brando relied solely on talent and determination to earn recognition throughout the city of Seattle and greater PNW. He's opened the stage for Bubba Sparxxx, Paul Wall, Big Gipp of Goodie Mob, Obie Trice, PNW local sensation Huey P to name a few, as well as many other very talented local artist show case's. All in the short time frame of his release from the F.B.O.P.
Kush Brando tells gritty tales of street life, prison politics, money, power, criminal indictments, betrayal, losing love and finding a way to gain it all back. As well as giving the lady listeners plenty of feel good music for the club or a love song with Eddie Grandpre to soundtrack any situation that you may be facing in your personal love life currently. Kush Brando doesn't get caught up in "labels" or "images" and doesn't feel compelled to make one style of music or capture the same sound to one specific audience. He makes music for how he feel's in the moment and is never scared to take chances musically or lyrically, whether it works out for him or not. 
When Kush Brando recruits the soulful voice of Eddie Grandpre and the unbelievable production of Makeshift Production's Russell Clark, together they deliver magic.Based off first appearance alone, you wouldn't believe that his look matches the creative word play and street poetry spread all throughout "Tha BabyFace Nelson".
Always paying homage to fellow artist's; Kush Brando remains consistent in promoting unity in his community, and always quick to show love or promote the projects of his talented peers, as well as fully supports their upcoming releases or live performing sets.
With his humble attitude and creative lyricism, its hard not to take a second look at this kid who literally came out of no where.
"Tha BabyFace Nelson" is a catalog of music recorded by Kush Brando without any intention of it being released to the public. Mostly filled with freestyles and quickly written verse's scrapped from recording sessions during the creative process of his upcoming studio release "Musical Matrimony", it was decided by the label that it would be released June 30th 2015. 
"Tha BabyFace Nelson" is the first of many projects scheduled for Kush Brando and STAYPAID RECORDS. With a unique flow and very diverse style, it's clear to see that his mixtape is just the beginning. Not your average (white) rapper, tracks 1-12 on TBFN : Kush Brando delivers a solid first project.  If you follow Seattle Hip Hop; Kush Brando's name is beginning to circulate and his new buzz will not disappoint. 
But if you ask Kush Brando, he will honestly admit that he did not want TBFN mixtape to be released and feels its far from his best art that he's created thus far. When asked about the project he said this: 
"I hadn't been up with the N.W. music scene for over 5years, I was behind on a lot. I only remember the people putting on for my city before my Federal indictment. People like Syko, FTS, Young Soprano, Neema, Sarkastik. I was surprised by the undeniable talent that the town had to offer when I finally came home. I was blown away by Raz Simone the first time I heard him spit or seen one of his videos. The whole Moore gang is beyond filthy, and these artist that I'm taking second looks at like King Leez, B.Cole, and Fatal Luciano barely scratch the surface of the movement that's starting to happen out here...I feel honored to just be in the same career path as these guys or even being recognized on the streets for making music. I mean, I was in a prison cell praying about this a little over a year and a half ago and now i'm setting the stage for these guys. I just started recording TBFN project as away to prove to myself that I still had it in me I guess, I haven't come close to making the music I know I can"
