Los Angeles Taxi Service is an independent hip-hop clique out of Santa Clarita, California who have come together through a common passion for beats, rhymes and life. The three emcees (Kairo [Chemistry], Absent MINDed [The 6th Persona] & Aktiv), also form a live jam band that incorporates elements of funk, hardcore, punk rock, dub reggae and experimental styles of music. The LATS collective expands with other kindred spirits who write, rhyme, produce music and form groups of their own, including Sacred Circuitry, Omniscient Participants and others. We're here for the spreading of knowledge, the struggle against tyranny, oppression, inequality, racism and sexism on all fronts, and to make the forward-thinking shit that the people want to hear today.
