A homage to imperfection and an ode to the process, dedicated to the used, to the worn out. Pure Naked Mind Without Center or Circumference takes it’s name from a line in the Tibetan Book of the Dead that visuales the mind in a state of meditation. The hour-long piece transforms four notes on an electric organ into a mind-numbing mantra, alternating rhythm and speed constantly to generate dynamic transformations while utilizing repetition and layering to maintain peace amongst the chaos.

The piece was recorded using a vintage electric organ across a period of 4 days with the idea of documenting the melodic flow of emotions one experiences while uninhibitedly playing a musical instrument. Pure Naked Mind Without Center or Circumference creates a frantically calming, constantly evolving soundscape that incites personal reflection while submerging the listener in the emotional process of the artist.
