TROWL's newest single, "Nocturnal Transmission" is a thought-provoking piece that explores the intricacy and phenomenon of human-ET communication. Inspired by the mystery of extraterrestrials, TROWL dives into their own style of alien-esk sound design that is meant to act as a message to the greater cosmos that presents sounds that our race of humanity is able to produce. Using this 3-minute long signal, the Philadelphia based artist showcases a unique arrangement that highlights low end sound, snappy drums, tasteful vocal samples, all paced at 140 bpm. 


TROWL - Nocturnal Transmission

The TROWL rendition of a dubstep classic, "Passout", has been a long awaited dubplate over the past year or so. This 170bpm take on the riddim anthem holsters a truly unique composition that separates it from any of other Passout remix. By combining both halftime and DnB styles into one record, this tune is a must for fans and DJ's with a diverse taste for bass music.

Being one amazed by the crossover of tech, art, and nature, the Trowl project is a clear projection of their life-long infatuation. Their live performances are immersive sound experiences boasting genre-bending selections from deep dubstep, halftime bass, DnB, garage, trap, among other sound-system oriented styles. Their records have been signed to a multitude of labels that showcase their original sound, including Subciety, No Hype and SurRealist Records.

Trowl delivers a dance floor weapon with ‘Subphoria’, a 140 tune that channels the energy and rich history of sound system culture. By blending together a wide range of experimental sounds, the Philadelphia based artist curates a low-end focused journey that feels both nostalgic and futuristic. The title is a fusion of ‘euphoria’ and ‘subwoofer’, and was coined to capture the transcendent experience of being immersed in a sound system live.
