Electron-C is the production moniker for Andrew Hague, a Producer/DJ from Charlotte, NC by way of Orlando, FL.  Electron-C, hailing from the southeast of the USA, cut his teeth in the 808 and breakbeat culture of the Orlando and Miami Rave Scenes. An entirely separate scene that stands proudly on its own, best known for the breakbeat sounds of Zone records, Rabbit in the Moon’s trance epics, and Magic Mike’s infectious 808 filed funk.  From these influences and more, Electron-C found his way to the sounds of Jungle/Drum & Bass, that ignited a creative storm for the Producer/DJ.  As an active member of the USDNB community, Electron-C has had multiple charting releases on Beatport, and continues to deliver brilliant productions and sets to the drum & bass community.

Emerging on the production release scene in 2020 after over a decade of honing his drum & bass techniques, Electron-C has released of host of original work on Base Industry Records, as well as a handful of carefully architected remixes.  In 2022, his remix of the seminal classic, Lustral "Everytime" was featured on the 25th anniversary re-release of the record (vinyl only) on Hooj Choons.  Electron-C is also a regular contributor to Rolled Up Records, the Florida Drum & Bass imprint that has been taking the world by storm.

The Electron-C production style is heavily influenced by his roots in jungle music.  Varying through dark & melodic vocal presentations, euphoric modern jungle drenched dancefloor bits, to high intensity jump up bangers, he is continually pushing the boundaries of his production and sound design in 2023 and beyond.

Electron-C has performed alongside the absolute legends in Drum & Bass:  AK1200, Aphrodite, A.M.C, Dara, Friction, Hype, LTJ Bukem, and many others.  His focus on modern jungle and dancefloor forward drum & bass always keeps the crowd moving and engaged.

From the Midwest, to the City by the Bay, to the Land of Enchantment…

“Brett Baker” aka “ESKR” …immortalized in the electronic music community as one of the most profoundly inspired sound designers and recording engineers of our times, tactfully infiltrating the world stage for more than twenty years. This highly motivated, relentlessly driven, innovator of Drum & Bass has been pushing the sound forward since the turn of the century. ESKR’s legacy is the very definition of dedication and consistency.

Honing his incredible talents for over two decades now, ESKR began his journey in Minneapolis as a Jungle and Breakcore selector in 1999. As his love for the underground music scene evolved, he simultaneously discovered what would be an undying passion for electronic music production, diving head-first into the never-ending abyss of studio gear acquisition. With the purchase of a Roland MC-505 Groovebox and a Boss SP-202 Dr. Sample, he was well on his way to building a life-long career in the music industry.

Under the alias, “Azrael” he hit the ground running in the year 2000 with a publication on Pure Pleasure Records, and shortly after international DJ performances in France. His debut release, “Anxiety” appeared on a various artists compilation of cutting-edge underground sound entitled, “TwinTown Technique Volume 1”.

Venturing further out into the world, ESKR relocated to San Francisco, California in 2001, where he quickly became a figurehead of the Bay Area Drum & Bass scene. Working as a vinyl associate for several years at DanceRecords[dot]com, ESKR also held down residencies at Solution, Rhythm Method, and Trauma, all popular nightlife havens in San Francisco’s early 2000s era. Continuing his pursuit of uncompromising musical integrity, he formed the Drum & Bass collective known as, “Company Truck” producing a slew of heavy hitting, hard stepping, all original releases that never failed to deliver a colossal ruckus to any sound system and every dance floor.

In 2007, ESKR began producing Dubstep under the alias, “Ceeker”. In two short years, he had signed more than twenty releases to over a dozen well established labels such as Betamorph, Mal Label, Filthy Digital, Shift, Abducted Dub, Stupid Fly, and many others, continuously topping best seller charts in the genre.

ESKR took a brief hiatus shortly after 2010, while he achieved a Bachelor of Science in computer networking, graduating at the top of his class. Fortunately for the rest of us, this short pause did not detour his ambition to produce quality, bass heavy, electronic music. In fact, this drove him to work even harder. Since returning to the studio, ESKR has crafted literally hundreds of Drum & Bass tunes from his studio currently located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Tunes that are now being snatched up by major record labels far and wide.

As far as the future is concerned, ESKR understands very well and appreciates the impact of his hard work and perseverance. He not only commands the attention of, but also directs the evolution of a movement that he has always been at the forefront of. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for this prolific talent, who’s name will continue to permeate Bass Music culture for many years to come!
