Lotrax continues to deliver unique creative styles, with great atmospheric breaks and build-ups, original drops and solid drum work. Lotrax’s ability to keep the track moving and fluent gives his music a great life force that really fills a dance floor and brings great energy to a set.

Lotrax has absolutely left me speechless with this edit of Jocelyn Brown which really shows his level of production and attention to detail. A professional-level edit if we say so, a great blend of original groove and Lotrax’s style, alongside the 4:4 dance floor rhythm. Perfect use of vocal editing and timing, great breaks and energetic lifts that will shift your mood into a groove. We honestly could not ask for any better and we are really honoured to have this coming off the label.

On a more personal note, this was a track I grew up with my mum singing around the house, good times and I can imagine this will hold some heartwarming nostalgia for some others also. Hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

It’s the third installment of our edit series where we welcome on board South Londoner, Sam Skeet ( @samskeetdj ). 

Sams sound has been influenced by various parties across London and further beyond the coast in the sun-filled European festivals. 

Sam joins the MF Edit series with his beefed-up version of Njelele by Taola. Sams took the track down a deep, techy path, giving it guidance onto the dance floor we’ve all been waiting for over the course of the pandemic.  

We welcome Sam onto the label with open arms, having worked with our head honcho Shane Mahon on previous productions, and a pipeline of tunes ready for over the summer, and we hope you enjoy installment 3 of the MF Edts Series!

Welcome to the fourth entry of the MF Edit catalogue and we have an amazing two artists - Jordan2( @jordan2offical ), Coming straight out of Stoke On Trent, Jordan2 joined forces back in 2016 and since then they’ve had releases on labels such as Whoyostro, Play Groove, Distance, Street Habitat, Under Pressure, CNTRL Records and many more. 

Their sound is inspired by rolling, swingy and punchy grooves, thumping basslines and trippy burgeoning synths. 

Jordan2 are residents for midlands based dance events such as the Move and Freakshow in which they have supported some of the biggest artists on the scene such as; Enzo Siragusa, Skream, Sidney Charles, Micheal Bibi, Latmun, Max Chapman and more and we are very happy to have these two blessing the catalogue with their twist on Moloko - Sing It Back.

It’s 2021 and Manipulated Frequency is back! We’ve had a busy break across the festive period where we have decided to add something new to the label this year which is our very own Edit Series! 

We’ve got some sick producers lined up, and kicking it all off our good friend and head honcho of @diserpierorecords Tiorted! (@tiorted1 )

House enthusiast Tiorted began his journey into house music in the summer of 2018, heavily influenced by the sounds of Detroit in the early beginnings of its time. Tiorted is a palindrome for Detroit spelled backward and some of his influences include Kerri Chandler, Robert Hood, Eddie Fowlkes & Josh Butler.

Tiorted’s deep, hypnotic underground sound shines bright in his edit of Brandy’s ‘I Wanna Be Down’, which gained some big early support from @suatism late last year! He has quickly developed a style combined with energetic and uplifting grooves, a perfect fit for the MF family! 

As well as being a resident on Liverpool’s Hidden Dimension parties which has seen crowds turn out in their thousands across the UK, Tiorted took lockdown by the horns in March 2020, kicking off his label Diserpiero Records. He now runs this with Amsterdam based artist @tooommi & Italian based @maxlanemusic which have seen a couple of VA’s released towards the end of 2020 and now a radio series on Detroit’s 313.FM which he aims to channel a path for minimal house music across to the Motor City.
