EYES:
Eyes closed and focus on the brow point

MUNDRA:
Hands in the prayer pose at the heart center. [palms flat, thumbs touching the center of your sternum. Prayer pose supports the self to be centered.]

BREATHING PATTERN: 
Inhale deeply, focus on your breath as you chant SAT (with your exhale) in six waves and let NAM be the seventh wave.

[On each wave thread the sound through the Chakras (Energy centers in your body) as you pulse the wave at each point. 1st chakra (rectum) 2nd chakra (sex organs) 3rd chakra (navel point) 4th chakra (heart) 5th chakra (throat) 6th chakra (brow point) 7th chakra (top of the head) ]

MANTRA: 
SAT NAM is a Bij (seed) mantra (SAT means truth, NAM mean identity). A seed contains all the knowledge of a tree, words are like seeds. They can grow beauty or destruction.

TO END: 
Inhale deeply three times and sit quietly for 2-3 min. and notice the experience you created, experience you.

Manish Vyas, born in Gujarat, India (lives in Switzerland) and has been learning Indian music since the age of ten, he learnt Tabla with Ustad Allarakha in Mumbai, where he continued for many years, while he was in charge of the musical department at Osho Ashram in Pune, organizing and performing concerts. He is composer, singer, multi-instrumentalist (Tabla, Harmonium, Santoor, Keyboard) and teacher. Along his lifetime musical path, he has composed hundreds of songs, mainly in the devotional, folk, instrumental, meditative and Sufi genres. He has released more than 20 albums. He offers the perfect blend of Indian genuine sounds merged with a touch of fusion, which makes his music so accessible and appreciated by all type of listeners in the search of authentic Indian sounds. Manish lives currently in Switzerland where he runs a music academy in his spare time. "Important is people know what is what when it comes to sound, Indian music, mantra and Indian spirituality.
