Stage fear is a common anxiety syndrome that a lot of us suffer from. In medical terms it is called Glassophobia, a social phobia where we are tongue tied when we have to speak in front of large gathering on stage.

Many of us suffer from 😶 Glossophobia - fear of public speaking.This fear is sometimes carried forward from our childhood and can have consequences at workplaces. A very common phobia, it is believed to affect up to 75% of the population. Some individuals may feel a slight nervousness at the very thought of public speaking, while others experience full-on panic and fear.While the exact cause of glossophobia is unknown, this disorder may be due to a combination of genetic, environmental, biological, and psychological factors.
So how to work with glossophobia and conquer it to speak publicly without any anxiety?
