Shakti, a founder of Hämmern, is a seoul based DJ and known for her intense, ravy tunes. She got the name “Shakti (Power in Hindi)” while studying in India and as the name describes, she delivers powerful energy to the floor. Her set usually is based on heavy industrial sound often combined with psychedelic and serrated synths, EBM line/wave, acid and vocals.

Based on deep techno and industrial tune, he creates the soundscape on each audience's mind. A lost and wrecked sound scape which is firmly tied with fragments of imperfection.
With carefully tuning those phases. He draws a liberated catharsis at one point, seeking for a certain kind of order.

For our 16th installment we're pleased to present Biloba Green - a project by Michele Andreotti and Toni Dimitrov.

Their name "derives from the scientific denomination of the Ginkgo leaf, an ancient and beneficial tree, inextricably linked to the ancestral significance of natural symbols."

Together they search for "new sonic combinations capable of restoring an evocation of the union of electronic sound and nature, expressed in the continuous flow of acoustic sources and electronic transformations."

Minjoon is also currently working as a designer/artist at Artscope. After his first debut EP in 2021, he has been continuously searching for the sound he has.

기계들의 반복적인 진동, 금속간의 마찰음, 압축공기와 절삭유의 세밀한 울림. Volath의 사운드의 근간은 공장에서 생산되는 모든 소리에 기반 한다. 타인에게 있어 일상적이지 않은 무수한 소리들이 유년기부터 일상적으로 접한 그에게 있어서는 모든 것을 표현할 수 있는 하나의 언어가 된다.
 
내면의 속삭임 부터 보이지 않는 먼 우주까지, 공장에서 생산된 언어를 통해 리스너들의 머릿속에 볼 수 없는 이미지를 그려내는 것. 그 것이 Volath가 추구하는 방향이다. 

Repeated vibrations from machines, friction sounds between metals, fine echo of compressed air and cutting oil. The Volath's sound is based on all the sounds produced in the factory. Countless sounds that are not common to others become a language that can express everything for him, who has been exposed to daily life since childhood.
 
From inner whispers to invisible distant universes, portraying images that cannot be seen in their heads through factory-produced language. That is the direction Volath pursues.
