Beats for Change has put together a worldwide roster of heavy hitting music producers who have joined forces and put together a jam packed album of unreleased instrumental music. 

All proceeds go directly to our partner on this GlobalMedic.ca ("GlobalMedic provides emergency relief to those affected by natural disasters and complex emergencies") They have been on the ground since the disaster hit providing clean drinking water and medical supplies, more info on them here:

Folding Time is the second full length album from Machinedrum and Braille aka Sepalcure's for Scuba's Hotflush imprint. Fusions of footwork, dub, broken beat and futuristic pop all lay in wait, effortlessly fused together by intricate percussion and perfectly placed melodies.

The album, is comprised of a selection of brand new tracks and selection of revived tracks that have been brought out from the studio vaults. “Folding Time was an exercise in connecting the dots between our past and the present, ” the pair tell i-D, “it felt like we were connecting the present with the past. Going through each session was like digging through old memories.”

"The Black Rain (Kuroi Ame)" and "The Pale Rain (Aoi Ame).""The Black Rain" which is to be the 6th of the serial release depicts the duality of human beings, the tears shed from endless sorrow and anger, and on the contrary, the strength to live through all such emotions. And it will be followed up by the 7th of the series, "The Pale Rain," which depicts the thawing and breathing of lives after surviving through all difficulties.
