After operating for a few years as Tech Support, Ned Dickinson re-emerged as Asa Tate in 2022 and has been making sporadic appearances on compilations and multi-artist EPs ever since. The Brighton-based producer is about to release his first full EP as Asa Tate, the ‘Replica’ EP, with a proper melting pot of different styles, from the late 80s/90s sounds of Weatherall to early progressive house, big basslines and acid.  You can expect a similarly eclectic spread of sounds on this mix…

Malibu - Lactonic Crush (No:Heaven remix)

Our next mix comes from some very good pals of ours, @inner_zone. As well as running one of our all time favourite labels @spacelabrecords, Nic and Rupes are responsible for some of the best parties London has seen in recent years. Having founded the legendary Make Me event series, they now run Transmissions at Fold as well as its yearly festival edition Transmissions From Hackney. They've also released some great EPs on labels such as Feelings Worldwide and their own Space Lab imprint.

This mix exemplifies their versatility; a live recording from their warm up for Sunju Hargun at one of their Fold parties last year. Taken from the opening hours of the party and progressing from deeper to more rolling sounds while building tension, this set captures the perfect early-night balance between patience and momentum. It's a perfect snapshot of what makes them such great DJs - deep selections, great pacing and total synergy between the two of them. Thanks boys!
