"This little mix is a documentation of a magical summer in my house. I've had friends stay over during an intense long heatwave, and these tracks have been sketched out while hanging out drinking aperol spritzes and chilled wine, and after my friends have gone to sleep. It's a combination of sketches, short jams, almost finished tracks and repurposed bits. 
For those wondering who I am, I am a guy operating, quite comfortably, from the shadowy underbelly of the european experimental techno scene since the early 2000s. I was talked into releasing an EP on 030303 Records in 2014. Since then I've put out more stuff on Analogical Force, Love Love Recs, U.T.T.E.R., Furthur Electronix. 

I’ve gotten reports that both Autechre and Aphex Twin have DJ:ed my tracks, which is perhaps my biggest (second hand) achievement so far, since they are known for quite different styles of music.

Mannequin Records is proud to present the 12'' reissue of one of the rarest minimal synth singles ever released in UK, cradle of DIY post-punk and minimal synth bands inspired by Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream, the early 4AD, Mute and Factory Records singles. 

In 1983 the Neo Romantic BlitzKid music of synthesists John Mellor, Steve Millard and Frankie Abbot created new waves in the sedate seaside resort of Penzance Cornwall.
Dave Hastilow, a record producer, sound engineer and analogue synthesist himself who had worked for Pete Townshend of The Who became interested in their music and took them into a local recording studio installed in an old wartime bomb shelter, also playing drums on the track and crafting the sound using the natural acoustics of the concrete bunker. The result was ‘Lets Get Together’ and ‘Memories’ and he named the band Shazam.
