Vibe Impact is back on Melopee with two Italo Body tracks, definitively cut for the dancefloor.  "Awakening", more cosmic, is carried by powerful lead and pad. The owl flies away!  "Animal Dance" seems to be the artist's dark side, more industrial and metallic but always cosmic! 

Bizzarro Universe delivers a pure Italo Ravy remix ! 
Once again, the duo prove they have a place in the growing Italo scene! 

To close the release, Feinstoff regular Marcus Christiansen steps up with an even more  cosmically tainted take, carried by a pad and his signature melodies which he masters marvellously proving once more the talent he is.

' Angé makes her debut on Wrong Era with the slick 'Daydream'. A record filled with instantly signature bass hooks and celestial soundscapes that encapsulate her dark, driving, energy-fueled vision. This vision is evident from the get-go with the anthemic 'Daydream'. A pulsating and undoubtedly infectious floor filler with captivating, eerie vocals. The cascading arps of '5AM' follow this tone, flowing in and out of acidic synthesis and piercing percussion. 

'Kevin' is charged with slick post-punk and flashes of shoegaze in the guitar work, amongst powerful vocal cuts and metallic synth lines. 'Sans Nom' is the perfect conclusion to 'Daydream', with an ever-evolving bassline and haunting choral lines. The Estonian producer, selector and co-founder of Tallinn's renowned Dark Disco event series has created a distinctive release with elegant cohesion, leaving us eager for another dive into her sonic realm. There’s nothing that brings us greater pleasure at Bordello A Parigi than celebrating the inspirational. Alex Virgo’s debut with us is just that. 

“The Promise” combines the instrumental elegance of Virgo with the smokey vocals of Olugbenga Adelekan, a musician whose trailblazing work with Metronomy has been beyond influential. 

A puttering motor of cow bells, hi-hats and steady kicks are the motor of this double dipped disco delight. Bright melodies support Adelekan’s lyrics, lyrics that promise that “things will come easier” from a track guaranteed to put a smile on faces. 

Those vocals hand the stage over to the musical composition for the instrumental version, those bold and brilliant bars spilling happiness through speaker cones. 

Kicks give way to ascending astral notes in the joy of “Event Horizon”. Key stabs pierce deep sonorous drifts as disco echoes mingle with sci-fi daydreams and the floor in this addictive finale.

Here is the new one by the talentutous Scottish-born Thai artist : Keep Me In The Light. Renowned for the quality of his incredible edits on the web, he drops here an epic and dancefloor release.
“Rapid Bass Groover” is an efficient melodic track.

Carried by a mastered rhythm, the melodic arpeggio reinforced by the twirling pads make positive thoughts soar on the dancefloor. It’s time for unity in these dark times ;). Only Love must remain.
The second original track “Neon Nights”, quieter, is always filled with good feelings. The main melody is incredibly accompanied by sumptuous, haunting andsoft pads, leads. In the break time, the piano gives to the track a little and local House touch.
Then, when the tracks drop, arms rise and we dance while dreaming.

Our swiss army knife Brandski is back with a fast and powerful italotrance remix of the eponym track. It grooves, it’s energetic, the steps follow one another and we let ourselves go...
Happy to have again with us Aural Trace, for a pure body remix this time.

He mainly focused on the melodic arpeggio and pads of the original to bring a more italo and acid touch. The remix grabs the listener’s guts!

To close this wonderful remix series, Agle is the right one !
The boss of the new imprint “Rewind It” gives to “Neon Nights” a magical disco-house touch. Really positive, it seems that the sun is always in our hearts listening to this tittle.

Mannequin Records proudly presents the rare dark italo 12'' “Robespierre” by the italo wave trio Effetto Joule.

Originally released in 1989 on Top Sound Records, the reissue comes with extra demo tape material from their “Ultraviolet” tapes and with a killer Flemming Dalum remix of the title track. 

Effetto Joule formed in Modena during the second part of the 80’s. The pulsating heart of the band were the brothers Flavio and Valerio Biagi with the collaboration of Valerio Tassinari. Deeply influenced by the British synth pop heroes like Tubeway Army and Depeche Mode, the Biagi brothers were able to merge that kind of epic sounds with the more romantic Italian vision of the electronic dark wave.
