It does not happen very often that what belongs together is brought together: the piercing dynamics of technoid music, the indescribable magic of the club atmosphere and someone who brings everything together - Mel Y.

It's a special kind of flow that develops in her sets. With her musical and personal presence she moves the dance floor in front of her. Dark, almost archaic beats create a euphoric mood and short melodic breathers show her excellent feel for harmonies. Mel Y. does not like to be pigeonholed but she certainly is a Djane who prefers harder edged Electronica.

She began in the classical way at home on the turntables when she was 20. In the meantime, she also masters the laptop expertly and again and again shows the undreamt-of scope of electronic music in the clubs. Fast, hard and driving but also groovy and emotional. It's time to party!

Da hat sich endlich mal wieder gefunden, was zusammen gehört: die durchdringende Dynamik technoider Musik, die unbeschreibliche Magie der Clubatmosphäre und eine, die dazu den Zauberstab schwingt - Mel Y.!

Es ist schon eine besondere Form des „Workflow“ der sich bei ihren Sets Bahn bricht. Mit ihrer musikalischen und persönlichen Präsenz schafft sie es, den Dancefloor vor sich her zu treiben. Dunkle, fast archaische Beats sorgen für eine euphorische Stimmung. Kurze melodische Verschnaufpausen zeigen aber auch ihr hervorragendes Gefühl für Harmonien. Mel Y. mag keine Schubladen, aber sie gehört eindeutig zu den Djanes der härteren Gangart.

Angefangen hat sie mit 20 - ganz klassisch zuhause am Plattenteller! Mittlerweile beherrscht sie auch die Technik am Laptop virtuos und  zeigt in den Clubs immer wieder, dass elektronische Musik eine ungeahnte Bandbreite hat. Schnell, hart, treibend, aber auch groovy und gefühlvoll. Es kann gefeiert werden!

Bio:
T. Hämmerle, better known as Hammi Hämmerle aka Hammi H. was born and raised near of stuttgart / south germany in the year 1977. At the age of 15, Hammi was exposed to his first tastes of electronic music - TECHNO, DETROIT, RAVE, HARDCORE and DRUM 'N' BASS... 
In 1996 he decided to get into djing and buy his first turntables, mixer and vinyls.
1997 he get his first chance to play in a club near Schwäbisch Hall... The infatuation had begun, and he was almost lone in his love for Techno and any kind of experimental music... Fast forward a few years, through the blur of SEX, drugs and ROCK'N'ROLL that was high school, he keeps us in suspense about his musical future, his mission is far from being accomplished. 2003 he get the chance to play at the legendary NEUE HEIMAT@Club Prag, and resident at  the ELEKTROSCHOCK@Club Prag Partys. From 2004 - 2008 he was resident at the ON-Club. 
He like play tracks of unknown artists, but also famous tracks, combined with loops and effects. He use Traktor Pro 2 with Traktor S4 and play 100% TECHNO with 4 decks.

Born in Sweden and currently based in Berlin, Linnéa Palmestål is a former resident DJ at the popular TRADE party at OHM, as well as the former main teacher and co-founder of No Shade, an event series and collective focusing on teaching and mentoring female, trans and non-binary beginner DJ’s.
