Mindgroove is the psychedelic alter-ego of Indian producer Manthan Gupta, a storyteller who sculpts emotional, deep, and colour-rich journeys across the psytrance spectrum. Born from the roots of forest and dark psy, Mindgroove has evolved into a signature sound built on melodic tension, glitchy grooves, and hypnotic psychedelic atmospheres — a space where raw psychedelic power merges with heartfelt emotion.

With releases on respected labels such as Woodogs Recordings, Galactic Grooves, Dream Crew Records, and more, Mindgroove has shaped a sonic identity that blends aggressive psychedelic pressure with warm melodic storytelling. His artistic direction draws inspiration from cutting-edge psychedelic acts like Nobot, Elowinz, and Blisargon de Janara, known for their unique sound design, atmosphere, and emotional power.

Mindgroove’s music has travelled through vibrant gatherings across India including Magic Festival, Spirit Gust, Electronic Rainbow, Pirates Expedition, Pre Cosmic (Kasol), and 𝐆𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐒 𝐆𝐀𝐋𝐀, along with various exclusive private parties. His performances are recognized for delivering deep grooves, organic textures, emotional hooks, and unexpected transitions, creating immersive narratives that move from mysterious ambience to uplifting melodic peaks.

Beyond the stage, Mindgroove is an experienced producer, sound designer, and audio engineer who has mentored more than 30 students, sharing his knowledge across multiple psytrance sub-genres. His latest work reflects a matured artistic evolution — glitchy, melodic, tribal, and powerfully psychedelic, infused with modular influences, organic instrumentation, and futuristic FM soundscapes.
