This track is a beautiful meditation track with various mantras. You can sing along or just listen. The singing of meditation sound with music is called kirtan. Kirtan is very powerful, especially in a group (we do kirtan in all of our meditation classes).  It cleanses the heart and mind and uncovers our natural qualities of unconditional love and compassion. As we become more satisfied within, our anxieties naturally fade away and affect us less. We can be more focused on loving and serving others rather than worrying about ourselves -- because we experience having all we need within us.
