It's hard to believe that it will be exactly two years ago since we launched our beloved label. It really has flown by in the blink of an eye. And so, to mark the occasion of 24 successful months in business, we bring you release number 24. You could call it OCD behaviour but we like to think of it as symmetry ;-)

Step forward Mr Jaap Ligthart, a Dutchman who has been on our radar for some time now with a number of fantastic edits and reworkings but is now making the natural transition into original productions. Together with Ms. Alice Rose, a vocalist who's pass credits include guesting on tracks for the likes of Gabriel Ananda and Eagles & Butterflies, they've created something rather special. 

‘I Know Change’ is a sensuous piece of work. Deep House in the very real sense of the phrase. 
And that is something that our remixers on this project have truly understood. Both Him Self Her and Show-B have delivered exquisite interpretations that give the whole package an overriding sense of class and quality. 

Him Self Her keep things deep and moody with a restrained, atmospheric, sophisticated piece of work, whilst Show-B heads into slightly tougher territory encapsulated by some distinctive rollercoaster percussion effects that have already seen Ame, Dixon, Sasha, Mano Le Tough & Adratique showing their support. And if all that wasn’t enough, they both deliver vocal free dubs too! 

So then, just to recap, it’s hotter than Megan Fox in Agent Provocateur and cooler than a Polar Bear’s toenails. What’s not to like?

We are proud to present you our 23th release. For this release we have Ran Salman & Shlomi Biton delivering this amazing track. This release also includes a remix of Kris Davis.

Ran Salman's music contains deep and fat bass lines, together with elements from disco, funk, classic house and vocals while combining a fresh sound with his own personal style. Shlomi Biton is known for his Nu Disco releases and is launching his new alias with this release. For this track they joined forces and made a warm, bass driven track with great sounding synths and a warm atmosphere all over the track. This track is perfect for peak time moments but also fits perfectly in the after hour.

On remix duty we have the amazingly talented Kris Davis. This fast rising producer gives his own interpretation to the original. And we think he does it in a unique style that shows why he is one of the guys to keep an eye on.

Earlier this year we introduced a new name to the Manual Music label; Prosper Rek, Amsterdam based DJ and producer, Blue Marlin Ibiza and Pleinvrees resident. His debut on our label, 'Ripple EP', got picked up so well that we challenged him to come up with a follow up. And here it is: 'Storytelling EP' with three brand new cuts by the talented artist!

This new EP picks up where Prosper has left things after his previous release. His trademark warm sounds combine seamlessly with the delicately crafted grooves he creates and in everything you hear that he's a DJ as each song is made for maximum dance floor effect.

So go ahead and give these ones ago, we're pretty sure you'll be pleased!

Henry Saiz last EP on Suara was a great achievement for the label. We are in love with the Spanish artist's music. He already made some amazing tracks for us. Now we feel is the time for a remix package. Some of the coolest artist of the moment have revisited 'Dystopian' and 'Lucero del Alba' and they have bring the tracks to another level: Kris Davis did a delicate and deep mix, Few Nolder goes in a techno way  with a fat bassline and a great job with the high-end sounds. Moscoman takes 'Lucero del Alba' to his onirical world and Fabrizio Mamarella deliveres a dark italo-disco version of “Dystopian”. Huge package only for connaisseurs.
