'Juicebox Music's 73rd release welcomes back foglight for his debut 2-track EP featuring "Reformer" & "Circuit Valley". The Lebanese artist made his initial appearance on our imprint through a special remix of ARTN's "Lopos" earlier this year. Better known to his friends and family as Gerome Mouawad, as well as having success under the name 'Gerome' in the Trance community, his new alias 'foglight' aimed to explore the deeper side of progressive while still experimenting with his technical wizardry. Having released on Mango's 'Mango Alley', Paul Hazendonk's 'MNL', Jelly For The Babies' 'One of A Kind' & Bondarev's 'WARPP', foglight's discography showcases his focus on quality over quantity. For his latest offering on our imprint, foglight delivers "Reformer" & "Circuit Valley", a pair of club-focused tracks with tech-inspired drums, gritty bassline sequences, subtle melodics, granular fx & a whole lot of finesse.

Label-boss Praveen Achary returns to Juicebox Music for a special appearance after his small break from producing. Striving to create something that sounds different from the norm & different from each production, Praveen's work on Juicebox Music has always had a slight edge, whether it's his remixes of Simos Tagias' "Black Swan" or Eric Lune's "Wooden Bird" or even his "Fiasco" collaboration with Aman Anand. Praveen Achary's re-envisions foglight's "Circuit Valley" to create a collage of moments from hypnotic to groovy, chunky to driving and dark to light. '

We're happy to announce that every single song of the LP will be remixed, and- like with the collaborating artists on the album- the people they've invited to rework the songs are nothing short of spectacular!

Introducing part 1 where we see progressive house super star Hernan Cattaneo team up with Australia based power house Jamie Stevens, giving their magic touch to 'Beyond Perceptions', a joined effort between Callecat and Nick Varon. And what to think of rising star Digital Mess who reworks 'Unified Formulas', originally a collaboration with Meeting Molly.

In its original version ‚Keep Off‘ is a tricky, trippy slice of modern underground house. Tight, clean and superbly produced, the track becomes a vessel for the catchy vocals of Mr.C, who‘s unique flow and ‚Sky‘s The Limit‘ refrain lift the track into a stand out cut operating on its own higher level. German hero of our times Reboot re-interprets the track into a brooding, crunchy builder. Trademark Reboot percussion and intricate, loose and inspired phrasing steps this track up into a different groove with its freaky-funky swirling undertones. Its a heavy cut to say the least, and we‘re sure this latest slice of Reboot magic will keep you converted.

Also a couple of long-serving and legendary figures, the Wighnomy Brothers shake up the original into a dark, heavy and brooding minimal funk monster. Full of clever edits, cuts and fx, its a true ode to the brothers talents in the studio. Their ‚Detroittobrieflysort-ulle Remix‘ is really its own beast - making great use of Mr C‘s vocals yet adding their own narrative of freaked out horn sounds, pianos and pumping club ready beats.
