Chicago record label Tied dishes out the latest dose in its digital series. It's not long since we premiered Dieru's contribution on the vinyl side and even in between, there's been plenty at play. Between the regular helping of the Tiedcast and the monthly showcase at Tied Presents, all corners are covered. This is an outfit who are dedicated to the collective and there's always something cooking.

Noha was the last one to deliver on the download, two jazz infused originals that brought soft beats together with subtle introspection. The next Nugcast comes from a Norwegian artist that needs no introduction.

@rub800 is a Oslo-based DJ and producer. Together with Tonchius he runs the newly established label Continually and he also co-runs Shadow Hide You with Terje Bakke.
In terms of musical landscapes, he likes to blend many styles and moods presented through years of digging and tuning of his sound.
He has released on labels such as Phi, Mood Waves, Small Hours, LowMoneyMusicLove, in addition to his own Shadow Hide You and Continually. 
It is in his veins to always be searching for old and new treasures on waxx combined with endless hours in the studio. Therefore you could expect more music coming from him and his fellow collab's in the coming future.

So tune in for the next hour for some of Ruben’s favorite nugs!

Doreen's musical profile is significantly influenced by Chicago and Detroit house, with her DJ sets predominantly constructed on deep and minimalist sounds, displaying a wide array of diverse styles. Her professional journey commenced at the renowned Freebase Records store in Frankfurt am Main, where she had early exposure to notable industry figures while maintaining her roots in the underground scene.

Having been a staunch adherent of the underground scene for a considerable period, she is steadfast in her conviction that this cultural strand should be preserved. Her contribution to the cause is not confined to her DJing; she has organised the Underground Quality Dance Party in collaboration with DJ Jus Ed in Offenbach and Berlin, and has performed in esteemed venues such as Tanzhaus West, Robert Johnson, Tresor Berlin, Galerie Kurzweil and Silbergold. 
Her passion for music has led her to pursue a career at HHV, a decision that has enabled her to achieve a healthy work-life balance and nurture her profound love for records. Committed to her craft, Doreen's primary focus remains on using her music to connect with people, inspiring them to dance freely and without judgement.

In May a new project will start, which will be about House Music and House Dance. Let yourselves be surprised!
