Introducing "Derinkuyu" by the talented Turkish artist Kerem Genc. The track draws inspiration from the underground city believed to trace its roots back to around 3000 B.C in the region of Cappadocia. Notably, Derinkuyu stands out with its infrastructure, extending to the deepest parts of the ground and designed to accommodate nearly ten thousand inhabitants, boasting essential resources and maintaining a consistent temperature of 21 degrees across all seasons.

For Kerem Genc, the allure of Derinkuyu lies in its mysterious history and the profound impact it left on him during the creative process of this track. The artist openly shares that the exploration of Derinkuyu's past and the attempt to fathom its events have always fascinated him. Perhaps this fascination stems from envisioning certain occurrences within the underground city.

Adding to the intrigue, Kerem Genc discovered that the Aya Maryeros Underground Abbey in Derinkuyu is recognized as the first mental institution in history. This revelation further fueled his curiosity, prompting him to infuse the track with questioning patterns inspired by human voices. In essence, "Derinkuyu" becomes a musical exploration of history and imagination, capturing the essence of a place that has transcended time and left an indelible mark on the artist's creative spirit.
