The press describes the band's genre as 'Existential pop' and has especially praised the previous album 'LUCID DREAMPOP'. THYRA ignites a warm energy and hopes to seduce you with a mix of Nordic melancholy and Latin exuberance. The dreamy sound that characterizes their new album SENTIMENTAL is primarily composed of strong bass lines, pedal steel, dreamy synth and airy vocals. The band THYRA is looking forward to playing live at the summer festivals in 2024 and presenting their new musical direction, which spices dreampop with energetic happy-sad humor.
