Maracuja Recordings is owed by Dudu Palandre, who forms with Décio Deep the Brazilian duo Anhanguera, famous for its funky killer beats.

With huge support from Mark Farina, DJ Sneak, Phil Weeks, Derrick Cart and DJ Heather, among others, Maracuja's catalogue is very influenced by what Anhanguera plays on the dance floors around the world.



Atualmente seus sets são um mosaico que abrange do indie ao deep house, passando pela disco, nu disco, funky, relíquias e clássicos, primando pelo bom gosto e inteligência, mantendo-se dançante e conceitual.

Entre 94-95 começa a acompanhar o circuito de festas e projetos, conhecendo a nova vertente musical que surgia em Curitiba, a música eletrônica underground. Desta época até a residência no Circus Bar, adquiriu conhecimentos e técnica que culminaram em algumas discotecagens, sem maiores pretensões.
Em 1998 é convidado a assumir a residência no Circus Bar, espaço fundamental para a disseminação e consolidação da música eletrônica em Curitiba. No ano seguinte foi considerado, por djs, produtores e promoters de Curitiba, como dj revelação.

Já se apresentou em várias cidades como Londrina, Ponta Grossa, Cianorte (PR), Lages, Concórdia, Balneário Camboriú, Florianópolis (SC), Porto Alegre (RS), São Paulo (SP).

Já tocou nos principais after hours, projetos de música eletrônica e clubes de Curitiba e em outras cidades também, desde então: circuito de festas do Festival de Teatro, várias edições do Mercado Mundo Mix, Skol Beats 2001 + Tenda Phillips Expression (Edição Curitiba – Jockey Club), Coca-Cola In Concert (Moinho São Roque - Curitiba-PR), Smartbiz Connection (Balneário Camboriú – SC), Café Curaçao (Guaratuba – PR), All Starz electro party, Diesel (Ponta Grossa – PR), Wonka Bar, Mahatma, James Bar, Liqüe, Colors House Music Party SP (edição Curitiba), Sunday Sessions, Boutique (Florianópolis-SC), Cross the Dancefloor (Londrina-PR), Blues Velvet (Florianópolis e Curitiba), Twiga, Danghai Club, Circus (residente), Vibe Club, Neon @ Cabaret (Porto Alegre), POSH! e Tracker Tower (São Paulo)

Dj Bogus já fez trilhas para desfiles, além de participações em programas de rádio (Poperô – 96 Rock, Hot Stuff – Mundo Livre FM, Oi na Pista – OI FM Porto Alegre). Atualmente é também o organizador da festa POSH! (São Paulo) em Curitiba, e dj residente e promoter da festa WOW! no Wonka Bar, aonde recebe projetos, festas e artistas locais e de fora, com dj sets e lives PA.

Dj Bogus já tocou com Luiz Pareto, Mau Mau, Soundman Pako, Mimi, Gustavo Bravetti, Jota Wagner, Wander A, Gil Riquerme, Julião, Wlady, Jollan, Rafael Schutz, Rolldabeetz, Glocal, Paulo Jardim, Leiloca Pantoja, Rotciv, Lucio Kahara, Gabriel Cevallos, Boss in Drama, The Magician, entre outros.

Ramon Valdez, Jr. hails from Vallejo, California in the bay area and has resided in the County of Long Beach, South bay Los Angeles, California since the late 1990’s. His Father would come home from work and share with him as a young boy the different scales of sound – anything from the styles of Alice Cooper, the tones of The Doors to the genius of Prince as well as Bay Area Funk groups like Con Funk Shun. As a child of the 1980’s, Ramon would discover other songs and groups of the rising MTV era such as Duran Duran, Motley Crüe, Culture Club, Men at Work and Deee-Lite as well as Hip Hop’s front stage pioneers of RUN DMC, Beastie Boys and the like.
Still a youngster in 1988, a neighborhood friend once had his stepbrother visiting from Chicago. Along with the visitor came a cassette mix tape of House music. Sitting in a garage, he inserted this tape, hit the play button and Ramon took a first listen and did not know what he was hearing, explaining, “It was different, music was fast and kept looping, which I didn’t understand at the time.”
In the early 90’s he worked at a Bay Area event ticketing service and would get discounts to events, which he was able to get tickets for his cousin who would ask for “Rave” tickets to events in the Bay Area.  Being a solid hip hop head at the time, he wasn’t interested, but would learn what they were.
Fast forward to the late 90’s after a short 3 year stint in the military, Ramon opened his ears and mind to new music and went to raves, mostly in Northern and Southern California.  New to the trend, he dipped into all the genre’s raves had to offer:  Trance, Jungle and most importantly the genesis of electronic music… House.  House music is what he found more particularly relevant to his taste and began learning the foundation and history, while at raves and nightclubs watching, listening, and low key studying the DJ’s that came out to these raves.  From his favorites Diz to Derrick Carter, DJ Heather to Mark Farina, DJ Sneak to DJ JDub, Marques Wyatt to Doc Martin and so many others, he was upfront takin mental notes of their style of mixing behind the decks, then going home practicing and implementing them and adding his own twist to his own style of mixing.
Years later, Ramon has been the consummate advocate of House Music, the culture and music’s beats, harmonies and vibe. His understanding of the sub genre’s of house music and his passion of mixing is evident in his DJ skills, the parties he backs and promotes for. He has also expanded his technical ear for sound, becoming a graduate of Music Production & Engineering at the Los Angeles Recording School.
