Connecticut electronic music producer Alan (aka Dirty Mac) brings his dynamic sound to the dance music community. Being raised in a family of music lover’s, he finds his inspiration from a vast variety of sounds and tastes from around the globe. Alan always drew energy from the arts, such as making movies, set pieces, drawing or writing, creativity always stimulated his imagination. He grew up watching his brother learning guitar and forming a band, to hearing his parent’s eclectic musical selections from The Beatles and Elvis, to metal and hard rock. Likewise, early electronic music also aroused his ears, from Daft Punk on MTV to The Prodigy…. Alan was also an avid clubber in his late high school years, enjoying the magical dance hits of the 2000’s. Shortly after, he would discover a true passion for music after discovering classic rock. This lead to him picking up guitar for the first time and being mentored by his brother. Desires grew as his hobby into musicianship began.

In 2013, his interests would take a huge turn around, as him and his brother experienced their first Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas with a close group of friends. Amazed by the experience, he found a new love for the rave community and had reignited his passion for the club scene. Setting his sights on DJ’ing, Alan soon found himself learning the art of digital music production with aspirations to make the dance music he loved. From underground and commercial, to mainstream house, he soon began entering remix contests for the likes of Zedd, Above & Beyond, and Kaskade. Over the years his style has developed and looks to be a driving force in the tech house community.

"Andes Bird"
Born in Quito Ecuador 1994, he began his career as a drummer and he formed two bands of alternative rock. After all those years he started to compose electronic music and he has been present in his local scene since 2010.
His professional step towards electronic happends on 2018, his aproach to artists like Mike Jaguar from Kankari Music Lab on Guayaquil, and Ear Catcher Dj Academy whit Marc Soul aka MAR-K. Now ASTU is part of some labels arround the world like 0212 Records (Miami), Kief Music(Mexico), Dstorsion(Ecuador), Interplanetare Lab(Colombia), Sacudan Records (España), Rave Cave Records ( Ecuador)
