"One of the biggest surprises of last year was the debut of the duo SPALAMP on our label. Their sound perfectly fits the image of Truesounds Music and we got a ton of great feedback after the release of their highly successful Explore EP.

We knew right away that our cooperation will continue and now they are back on the label with another great release.

Don’t Push Me feat. Nico Leivo is a superb track that is dark, melancholic but full of emotions and passion. The wonderful vocal makes this melodic ballade complete.

The remixers did not have an easy job, but we are very happy with the results.

We are more than thrilled to welcome Ron Flatter (TRAUM, Ritter Butzke, Hive Au-dio) on the label.
The exact quality and sound you would expect from him. He took this deep track and transformed it into a light, happy tune. We think this is a perfect closing track for a set, guaranteed to leave a strong impression on the crowd.

We also have a No Distance remix in the pack. After the success of Explore, the more and more popular duo is presenting another hot, peak time melodic house & techno banger.

The third remix comes from Justrice (Oddity, Analisar Music). This time he made a more restrained, dark atmospheric remix in the usual high quality. Solid groove, the-atrical break, and great melodies are the features of this track.

An inner tension, or even a certain unrest is in the air as soon as the first notes of R.EK’s new track “Krills” cut their way through the ear canals — a track with a catchy hook that brings back memories of old school techno from the 90s.
The track doesn’t evoke a paralyzing unrest, but quite the opposite: It unleashes something deep inside. While there is this constant, menacing knocking on brittle walls coming from the background, resistance arises, and an assertive determination emerges. “Krills” represents the audacity when people stand up and fight for their liberties under unfavorable circumstances; when — exactly because of the constant threat — they keep on dancing in protest.

About R.EK
Being resident DJ at Hive Club in Zurich, Switzerland for several years, R.EK has established a reputation as an artist who is able to capture the mood of the audience, and to incorporate it into his live DJ set. During the last two years, R.EK was working on fine-tuning his live sets, and he spent hours in his studio working on his own productions. After “N.T.E.” and “Hold It”, “Krills”
is already the third single released in 2019 on KnotenMusic.

About KNOTEN
Under the umbrella of KNOTEN, R.EK is currently developing a new live performance concept that attempts to reinvent the communication between the artist and the audience by adding innovative visuals to the show. The new track will be released under KnotenMusic, which was launched as part of the KNOTEN project.
