Sincopat proudly welcomed back the Dutch maestro Tom Zeta to the label after 
the great remix he did for us a few years ago, now to showcase a timeless EP/mini 
album that includes amazing remixes by Angelov and Renato Cohen.
Tom Zeta is well known for his colourful and organic textures and Keep Them 
Coming is a good example of these. The talented Ukrainian artist Angelov 
masterfully reworks the tracks keeping the essence of the original but adding his 
own signature.
The catchy melody of Merry Go Round hypnotises you and transports you into 
Tom's complex and unique sound full of different influences. Meanwhile Renato 
Cohen delivers a another another dance-floor beast, transforming the original 
from a disco minimalism prism to drive you into a total madness. 
Tom's drumming skills are embodied into Hi Hat, funky rhythms all around plus 
brillant synth programing make this song a exquisite piece of music. 
Last but not least Woven Story closes the circle and acts like the perfect ending 
for this magical journey created with so much care and detail.

The path twisted through the forest like a snake slithering towards its prey. This was the only way forward, and as dusk approached the will to follow it through the night diminished. For this scene before them was nothing new; it was one they'd seen before, perhaps in a dream or a past life — they couldn't quite put their finger on it. There was nothing inviting about the road ahead and nothing good would come from their following it.

A year after coming together under the guise of Jerome, Italian/Swedish/Greek duo Annalisa Lembo and Stella Mathioudakis made their debut on Maple Death Records in 2020 with the dark ambient musings of 'Moods'. Now they're returning for their first proper vinyl release 'LP2' which explores themes of pain, rebirth and acceptance. Recorded in just five days in the Italian flatlands, before being refined between Italy and Sweden during lockdown, the pair go against their classicaly trained backgrounds to craft raw improvisations that meander through hypnotic industrial, distorted wave experiments and punkish, metallic techno.

Drinking to their tenth year in the game, Hive Audio enter 2022 with a celebratory compilation triptych featuring some of the finest names in the house and techno scenes. Taking the reins for the series' second instalment, a septet of the Swiss club affiliates and long-time friends headline the comp including Booka Shade, Einmusik, Edu Imbernon, Definition and Natascha Polké, Niconé & Dirty Doering, Nico Morano and Vanita. 

Pulling out their trademark engineering of athletic tech-house and subs-charged, aqueous sleekness, Booka Shade show the uninitiated how it's done true-school-style with the heat-conducting "Regatta Da Zatta". A blazing tapestry of synth-heavy lushness and clinical programming, tailored for nothing but whipping up ravers into a frenzy. 

Definition & Natascha Polké pick up the torch with the deeper descending, melancholic flow of "Haunted" - a cold-at-heart sonic tableau enticing us on the path of nostalgia through delicately textured paths and darker meanderings. 

Edu Imbernon dishes out a further propulsive blend of Italo-laced arpeggios, ominous deep-end threat and big-room churn on a brainwashing, trance-friendly tip, perfect to get everyone wading in their own sweat from peak-time to extended party action throughout the day. 

Merging tribalistic polyrhythms with angular narratives out tomorrow's globalized dystopia, Einmusik "Walensee" cuts a path of communicative elation with its barrage of glassy synth stabs and tectonic bass movements rising from down under up to stratospheric heights. 

Nico Morano's contribution "Adior" grinds elements of typical Latin suavity alongside feverish keyboard talk a la Moroder and newbeat-informed programming, ushering us in its own continuum of befogged hi-tech solitude. 

Funky to the bone, Niconé & Dirty Doering "Kill All My..." trades the velocity of the previous for a low-slung, nu-discoid swagger that blows the winds of ultimate hedonism across the dance floor. 

Last but not least, Vanita's bespoke freewheeling closer "Anxietatem" pulls off the perfect mix of rolling, tsunami-like dynamism and painstaking textural arrangements.
