Marc Moglen blends the disparate genres of trance and classical into one seamless whole. The result is analog and digital; it is virtuoso musicians plus high-tech synthesizers. Through features with world-class musicians, from opera singers to violists, to pianists, to flautists and more- Marc Moglen fuses stunning instrumentals from the hottest classical musicians with cutting edge EDM production. His brand of trance music is influenced from the baroque era of classical composition- music that’s over 300 years old.

A former musicology researcher at the University of Leipzig and instructor at the Mendelssohn Conservatory, Marc Moglen has a deep history in exploring the innovative potentials of musical tonality. He started singing professionally at the age of 7, studied bass guitar, piano, songwriting, and finally computer-based music. He studied Psychoacoustics and Music Perception at UC Berkeley.  His works can be heard on his label, Trance Soundtrack Recordings, and with numerous collaborating artists and labels.

House music mainstay LADY ALMA is one of the many reasons Philadelphia’s sonic scene is so world-renowned, her uplifting anthems considered instantly infectious wherever they’re heard. For decades, she has recorded memorable musical gems with other global forces in song crafting, a list that includes Philly’s own King Britt, longtime collaborator Mark de Clive-Lowe, 2x Grammy Nominated Terry Hunter, uber-producers Kaidi Tatham, David Harness, Osunlade, DJ Spinna, Yukihiro Fukutomi, Will “Reelsoul” Rodriguez, Miza, Fanatix, 4Hero and others just as proud.
