Years ago, I thought the Carry On films were a load of crap and I was into comedy I thought was cool, but now I think the Carry Ons are very cool.
I can't remember where or when the penny dropped, but drop it did and I grew to love the films, and the characters portrayed by the talented actors I think of as The Gang.
I was never that bothered about the early Carry Ons, but everything after Jack, through to and including Behind, I really like. It is like stepping into another world, a fun world. A "saucy" world or innuendo.
I think the British public as a whole, including some young people, share my enthusiasm and ofcourse, they are now outrageous once again. I must say that I personally have only been offended once by a Carry On, but that's a small price to pay for all the enjoyment I still get from watching them. All The Carry On Stars is my hearfelt tribute to the gang.

Marc Lemon singer, songwriter, musician, was the outsider at school no one ever thought would do anything. “MARC LEMON WAKE UP!!”his maths teacher shouted. His history teacher was not amused either, when Lemon told him he was not interested in Roman pieces getting layed.
   
   Unemployable, Marc tried his hand at several dead end jobs. He says “The worst was working at a department store. I handled figures, sadly they went bust shortly afterwards, I can't think why”.

He ended up being a domestic cleaner, before he remembered what one teacher, Mr Jones, said. “One day he will be a great writer”.
   
   By this stage he could play guitar, and thought he would test this out by writing some songs. The truth is, he has been number one in the German charts with a previous band, and has famous musicians and royalty among his fans.
   
   He is influenced by classic pop and rock. Is this music good enough to change your life, does it make you feel great, can you enjoy the feeling and rhythm and the sound, these are Marc's concerns when he records music.
   
   He says, “The joy was mine to make my album. Now, I hope the joy will be yours”.
   
   His passion is classic music, and clothes. He likes to entertain his neighbours by playing vintage 45 RPM vinyl on his radiogram at full blast, and loves classic cars.
   
   With BBC Radio 2 and 6 airplay already under his belt, fame seduces him, fame is his seductess. Do you like his music? Is it going to change your life?
