Art Director by day and in the late hours of the night- I create music.

Scott Chapman is an independent Singer Songwriter from Greater Manchester, Northwest UK. 
 
Influenced vocally, predominantly by artists such as Frank Sinatra, Jamie Cullum, Nat King Cole, Harry Connick Jr. and Michael Buble and musically by artists such as John Mayer, Ed Sheeran, Jason Mraz and Justin Timberlake. Scott combines the vocal techniques of The Great American Songbook Standard singers with a popular contemporary twist. 


Scott manages to combinine old sounds with a new contemporary vibe and feel, whilst also stripping that back completely at times, as he has a passion for acoustic and live tracks. Scott likes to collaborate with college friend and guitarist Ben Fearnley and has built up an extensive acoustic demo repertoire over the years with him and also some very well received acoustic covers. 
 
As well as being a regular performer at such UK events as The Aintree Grand National, appearing on BBC 1 and ITV, Scott has also brought his music around the globe, performing in New York City (USA), Marbella (Spain), Zurich (Switzerland) and Rome (Italy). Scott has toured with and opened for many major artists of today. 
 
To Scott music IS life and he hopes that his music can uplift and inspire as well as provide comfort and emotional resonance to all that listen to it.
