O JetLag (descompensação horária), é uma consequência de alterações no ritmo circadiano que podem provocar uma mudança do trabalho do organismo. O organismo de uma pessoa está acostumado com o tempo de rotação da Terra e, quando uma pessoa viaja em um avião mudando de meridiano, pode ocorrer que o dia passe mais rápido e provoque o JetLag.
Acredita-se que a condição é o resultado do rompimento do ciclo “luz / escuridão”. Pode ser provocado por fatores ambientais ou por fatores que afetam os sentidos básicos do ser humano, como a música. Esta é exatamente a sensação que o projeto JetLag causa pelas melhores pistas do mundo!
