This song explores the good and bad in all of us.  We're all incredibly complex beings, and we all live with our internal demons.  There's a balance we all try to maintain; some fail, some exceed,  but the vast majority of us live in the middle ground, the grey.

Angel

I'm reassured in a small way
by the sound of raindrops falling 
as I lay here in my bed.

They come down as they do,
countless tiny Angels
down from heaven.

Without wings these 
Angels bring,
the gift of sweetly shattering 
on everything they touch.

So radiant 
still when they land,
they're only here to change 
my plans and save me 
from myself.

More thoughts and prayers, no gun control…….same results. It's a big system for the big $ ….. so called elected officials only fight for their party and do so by dividing a nation through fear and so called ideology. A broken herd is easy prey for the wolve$.
