A cover version by Jimmy Rivas and myself of the classic Free song written by Paul Rodgers, Simon Kirk, Tetsu Yamauchi, John Bundrick and Paul Kossoff.  Issued as a single in the UK in December 1972 and included on their final studio album Heartbreaker.

Jimmy contacted me and asked if I would be interested in doing another collaboration.  After hearing the recent Free covers he had done with Hiroshi Kohno (aerogene070) https://soundcloud.com/aerogene, which are outstanding, I suggested we might try this one.

With influences ranging from the lofi pop of Guided by Voices, the gothic melodrama of Nick Cave, the glam of Bowie and the nakedness of Iggy Pop - this is Marc Freak.
