Lately, a lot of unfinished emotions from my past have been coming back up for clearing. The difficult part about it has been that it's often hard for me to get exactly when I need to say into writing, or in verbal expression. But I find that transmuting my unexpressed emotions into simple lyrics & melodies provides much healing for me. Whenever those feelings come back up, I just listen and meditate to the music that came from my heart. I wanted to share this song I wrote a couple days ago, with you all. It tells a story of how I once gave myself away to someone and loss myself in the process. And about my desire for more self love. Hope you'll all enjoy 🙂.
