Lacing each track with pads and tantalising hook lines, Capuano’s tracks fire on all cylinders with good use of vocals and drum rhythms. His tracks have a certain swagger that only Roberto can conjure.

<p>Sasha Carassi&#8217;s summer hit gets the full remix treatment and Chicago Loop is up first with his beefed-up version, sprinkled with the Original&#8217;s chopped-up chords and an epic breakdown. Alberto Ruiz is next with a more dubbed-out approach, letting his airtight rhythm section do all the talking. Frankyeffe takes us on a cavernous ride, complete with the familiar progressions and tasty squelches, which ultimately lead us to Taster Peter&#8217;s pad-led remix that relies heavily on the synths as it stomps away.</p>

Making his debut on Drumcode in 2017 with his track ‘Fake’ featured on the A-Sides Vol 6 compilation, one of Brazil’s much loved exports Wehbba brings us his first full EP this February with ‘Eclipse’.

A no nonsense 4 track offering, and all thoroughly road tested by Adam, they have gained much support from longtime Drumcode fans. Eclipse, delivers a low end rumble along with a modulating synth line. Reigning high throughout the track, is the undeniably catchy and unique synth. Leaving this track one to be recognised on dancefloors all over the world.

‘Protocol’ doesn't turn down the pace, straight into a chugging hypnotic drive, this track leaks with attitude, along it’s eerie undertones.

Probably the most acid influenced track of the EP, ‘Glasswerk’ has a futuristic modular synth riff which thunders along a hypnotic bass line which flows nicely into ‘Framework’ to close out the EP. Its punchy and powerful kick sits alongside the cleverly crafted synth pattern, taking this track into a dark zone with a groovy element still resonant.

Carl Cox is an industry figurehead who’s legacy in music includes his iconic label Intec, which he runs with friend and business partner Jon Rundell, and the new release is the debut collaboration EP from Italian artist Giovanni Carozza, plus Dutch techno maestro Steve Mulder.

The pair had previously met via Giovanni Carozza’s release on Bitten where Steve Mulder contributed a remix, which proved to be popular with DJ’s and clubbers all around the world. With the blend of the two artists styles having proved so popular, it made perfect sense for them to further this notoriety by collaborating on some original tracks, and this EP is the fruits of their labour.

“Primate” opens the EP with its growling lead synth that gives it a monstrous sound full of ominous tension that adds to the track's ferocity. Like a ravenous predator with a huge appetite, the menacing mood of this techno track is full of aggression, and has an intensity perfect for maximum impact when being played through a club sound system.
