Portable latest is a 2-track ep for he's own Khoikhoi imprint. It's features a Bodycode remix of the now classic track "Surrender" The original was voted best new track by Pitchfork and got a DJ koze edit to boot. This new remix retains the essential elements which made it timeless while still offering a striped down version that would fit perfectly in the tea dance hours of a Panorama bar set.
The accompanying track "First things first " does exactly what it says on the tin and what Portable is known for, An infectious acid bassline, grabs you and doesn't let go while syths penetrate the deepest recesses of your soul. A Chicago house anthem heard in another dimension.

En su familia siempre ha reinado la música, su padre fue flautista y gaiteiro en diversos grupos de música Celta y coleccionaba infinidad de vinilos y CDs de la época. Inspirado por todo ello, Edgar siguió su estela y estudió violín. 

Su infancia definió una gran parte de su identidad creativa y con el paso de los años comenzó a descubrir e interesarse por la Electrónica. Fue en el año 2008 cuando, de la unión de un grupo de amigos que compartían la misma pasión, nace NoMoreNoise Crew. Por medio de este colectivo comienzan a organizar diferentes fiestas y raves en A Coruña, su tierra natal. Consiguen con ello ir adentrándose en la escena musical de la ciudad y pinchar en los principales clubs del momento: Fanzine Club, LeClub, Tressor, Playa Club, OlaGreen... 

En 2015 desarrolla una residencia mensual en Naif Club junto a su compañero Skais, así como en la Sala Pantalán, donde aún se dejan ver de vez en cuando.

En 2016 se asienta como DJ habitual en Moom57, donde goza de largas noches que le permiten desplegar todo su repertorio musical. Es también en este año cuando comienza a colaborar con la promotora Social Love, donde finalmente acaba instaurándose como residente. 


Destacan también sus actuaciones en diversos eventos culturales y alternativos, como el Festival por Amor al Arte (2013) o las llamativas fiestas de FinDeAño conocidas como Pantone Rooms que se realizaron en lo alto del Hotel Hesperia en 2014 y 2015. Con el tiempo comienza a moverse por diversas localizaciones de la geografía gallega: Festival LongoDub (Laza 2016), Festival Comarea (Muxía 2017 a 2019), o en Ourense en el ya desaparecido Monkey Club, así como en el Warehouse de Lugo e incursiones en el Insomnia Club de Portugal. 

Continuando su evolución y trabajando con las principales promotoras del sector en su ciudad, se le ha podido ver como residente en las fiestas Arty! en el verano de 2018. En su etapa más reciente ha participado en la 1a edición del festival Be Awake y en otras fiestas de la promotora Wake Up, también en 2020 y antes de la llegada de la pandemia lo podíamos encontrar en la programación mensual de BClub, eventos todos ellos celebrados en la sala Pelícano. 

Dentro de su versátil sonido Microhouse, deja fluir notas del Deep más envolvente, caminando desde el House clásico de Chicago hasta el Minimal europeo con más groove, todo ello aderezado con notas de Jazz y Disco. Ya sea con sonidos orgánicos o electrónicos, el uso de potentes líneas de bajo, enérgicas vocales y dinámicas bases rítmicas son el denominador común para hacer bailar al auditorio. 

A lo largo de su trayectoria ha compartido escenario con numerosos artistas nacionales e internacionales tales como: Dennis Ferrer, Claptone, Todd Terry, Purple Disco Machine, David Penn, Tyree Cooper, Dan Shake, Jasper James, Terrence Parker, X- Coast, Iban Montoro & Jazzman Wax, Dj Ino o Grobas, entre otros muchos.

En estos últimos años decidió enfocarse en su	identidad como	productor, tratando de	desarrollar su propio sonido. En	el año	2020 ha	publicado originales y remixes en los	sellos MoodyHouse	Recordings (España) y Be Adult Music (España).	
En 2021	gana el Beat Contest del prestigioso	sello de	Deep Tech italiano: Moan Recordings. También en 2021 y	2022 hemos podido	ver	su nombre en los sellos House Salad Music(México),	Droorshouse	(España)y Groovy Riddim (España).	
Es evidente que los últimos	años han sido muy fructuosos para Edgar en términos de producción y parece que  no muestra signos de	desaceleración.	

Próximamente nuevo y estimulante material verá la luz, así como nuevos proyectos y eventos en Canadá y España. Todo para seguir luchando por la	escena musical electrónica.
