TheBigFellaFrumNY is a DJ from Strong Island, NY who goes by the name "Makin Noise". He was known for his legendary colored cassette mixed tapes that stood out from others. He is also a songwriter, lyricist and coordinator with a Bachelors of Arts in Music Production.
He continues to DJ and make music, some you can hear exclusively on this page.

DJ since 1990 spinning everything from Hip-Hop to Alternative Bangers also known as "The Eclectic DJ".

A DJ first, Producer second, Makin Noise is known for his Chicago, Illinois Westside roots and projects environment that gave him the drive and inspiration to get into djaying and making music. He has done thousands of gigs and club venues, album release parties and many art events that include; The Chappelle Show Block Party Album Release, Warren G Album Release Party, Canal Room's Muzik Theory series NYC, Club Paris in Orlando FL, & Miami just to name a few.

Makin Noise has always been a student of the game and avid listener of a great tune. Whether it was from the 70's era in Westside Chicago putting on small performances of Soul tunes with his bros entertaining aunts, uncles and cuzos, or the 80's when he was a young child glued to MTV with his 2 brothers watching rock videos, Or the times in the late 80's when he fell into becoming a BMX Freestyler doing bike tricks and hanging with Skateboard friends that influenced Alternative groups like The Cure, The Smiths and Bad Brains, he was very influenced by many different eras and styles.

"I love music! I'm not limited to just Hip-Hop. If it has a rhythm and passion behind it I'm all in not matter what the genre. This is what makes me eclectic".
