Ungular – VERACIOUS INTENTIONS EP

OverRev came out of a phase where I kept thinking about movement and time – how nights blur into each other, how you can stand in one place but still feel like you’re moving. I wanted to turn that feeling into something physical, into a groove that doesn’t let you stay still.

It’s a dark tech house track with a heavy low end, tight drums, short piano stabs and a lead that slowly builds tension as the track unfolds. There’s a small vocal moment before everything opens up – not a main hook, just a cue that the energy is about to shift. Toward the end of the drop, the pressure grows and the sound gets denser, like the track is leaning harder into its own rhythm.

124 BPM. Made for late hours, steady motion, and that state where you stop watching the clock and just follow the beat.
